FESTIVALS

MUTE films have shown, and continue to show, at a number of international film festivals, series festivals and WebFests including:

November 2024, A mini-retrospective of The MUTE Series will show at the This is England film festival in Rouen France on 22 November. Seven MUTE films will screen at the festival accompanied by a Q&A with The MUTE Series creator Andy Lambert.

September/October 2024, "The Prisoner" and “Stop” have been picked up by Screenvision Media for their pre-show package and will screen as supporting shorts across 36 screens in 7 independent cinemas throughout the USA in September and October 2024. The films will play in art house movies theaters in California, Massachusetts, Tennessee and Illinois.

September 2024, "Stop" plays at "Visioni in Movimento: Corti sulla Mobilità" in Italy, a selection of short films about transport, curated by Alessia Gasparella, artistic director of AIACE VDA.

August 2024, "The Prisoner", "Clinical Intervention" and “Stop” selected for FilmFest Weitersatdt, the open-air film festival in Hessen, Germany.

June/July 2024, “Stop” selected for the 26th Mecal Pro, the Barcelona International Short and Animation Festival

June/July 2024, “Stop” and "An Emotional State" play at the 25th shorTS International Film Festival in Trieste, Italy.

June 2024, “Clinical Intervention” in competition at Très Court International Film Festival playing across 60 cities in 20 countries.

June 2024, “Stop” plays at Emden-Norderney International Film Festival

June 2024, 12 episodes of "The MUTE Series" plays in a side bar with a Q&A at Rabat Comedy International Film Festival

May/June 2024, "The MUTE Series 2024" in competition at Die Seriale in Gießen, Germany's best known festival for digital series

May/June 2024, “Clinical Intervention” plays at Vienna Shorts, Austria's leading short film festival.

January 2024, “Stop” plays at the ICA as part of the London Short Film Festival.

Summer 2022, “Deliverance” plays as a short film in 25 cinemas across the USA as part of Screenvision’s Pre-show package for Upscale Art House theatres from New York to California.
